The name Odíhg Uti̊vi is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Uti̊vi was founded by Zlkèbm Allen, who was culturaly Tauric.

Odíhg Uti̊vi has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Odíhg Uti̊vi receives an average of 227 cm/y (89 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Odíhg Uti̊vi covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2746 m (9009 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Odíhg Uti̊vi was founded durring the early 11th century, by Zlkèbm Allen. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Zlkèbm Allen.
Odíhg Uti̊vi was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Uti̊vi is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Odíhg Uti̊vi is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of broad canals streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Odíhg Uti̊vi's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look arround Odíhg Uti̊vi reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Odíhg Uti̊vi has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Odíhg Uti̊vi has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Odíhg Uti̊vi's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

Odíhg Uti̊vi's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves gestures to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via throat singing.
